We offer free standard shipping on orders to destinations available at checkout. There is no additional standard delivery fee. Checkout confirms whether we can deliver to your address before you place an order.
Order Preparation
We prepare each order before dispatch. Preparation time is separate from transit time and can vary by product and personalization. If you need a dispatch estimate for a specific order, email swtimberera@gmail.com before purchasing.
Delivery Estimate
Most orders arrive 6–10 business days after dispatch and usually within 15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We will email tracking information after your order is dispatched.
Delays or Delivery Questions
Carrier or customs processing and local conditions can affect delivery. If tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the expected window, email swtimberera@gmail.com with your order number so we can look into it. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
