For a preset design, fill in only the fields you want engraved. For your own design, upload clear black artwork on a light background. Check names and dates before ordering.

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping is free. Most orders arrive 6–10 business days after dispatch, usually within 15. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may request cancellation within 12 hours. Once production, personalization or shipping begins, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept returns. Eligible non-personalized items could be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Personalized items cannot be exchanged.

How should I care for the wood?

Use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged moisture, heat and strong sunlight. Apply wood wax oil sparingly when the finish needs refreshing.
